The former Farini railway yard in Milan will be transformed into a new district for approximately 5,000 people, organized around a central park that connects with the surrounding city. The park aims to be accessible and recognizable, addressing the isolation caused by the railway line and the nearby Monumental Cemetery. The proposal builds upon the existing landscape of the cemetery to create a cohesive and connected urban space, enhancing proximity and civic beauty.
