This new corporate building is located north of Milan, in the heart of the old Pirelli plant in Bicocca, an area that has been transformed since 1984 by Vittorio Gregotti’s master plan. The building aligns along the street and reaches towards the park, expanding into a low volume topped by a green terrace and creating a square in front of the Pirelli Foundation. Ornamentation, which is present both in the textures and the form of the precast façade elements, recalls the refined visual culture of Pirelli on one hand, and the window decoration of the nearby Renaissance Villa on the other.
